Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.
Account Creation and Usage
To access and use the Service, you must create a user account and an organization account. During account creation, you will provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, contact information, organization’s name, and any other required details.
A user account might be created by an organization administrator to provide access to an existing organization account.
You are responsible for keeping your user account credentials and access to the Service secure and confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone else, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Your user account is personal and private and cannot be viewed or accessed by users outside of the organization the user account is part of. Content you add or upload to your user account and/or organization account is not accessible to other accounts on the Service.
Uploading content and AI Interaction
You can add or upload content such as PDFs and Word documents to the Service. Our AI will analyze your content and provide responses to questions you pose about them. The AI can produce new content based on your interactions.
Added and Uploaded content and the interactions you have with our AI are treated as private and confidential and are not shared with users outside your organization or other external parties.
You acknowledge that AI-generated responses and content are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice or professional recommendations. The AI’s outputs are based on patterns and data it has learned but may not encompass all relevant factors, laws, or interpretations.
While we strive to ensure the AI-generated content is accurate and helpful, there is a possibility that it might produce content that is incorrect, incomplete, or potentially harmful. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, applicability, and legality of the AI-generated responses in the context of your specific use case. We recommend consulting with appropriate professionals or legal advisors when making decisions based on AI-generated content.
