Svale is dependent on third-party data subprocessors in order to operate its services. The list below shows the current list of data subprocessors for the following services:
- Website (https://svale.ai)
- Web Application (https://app.svale.ai)
Supplier | Data Location | Purpose |
Google Cloud Platform | EU | Primary hosting provider for services related to the Web Application, including database, file storage, logs and web services. The Web Application would not function without it. All data is stored and processed in EU data centers. Google Cloud uses Encryption at rest and Encryption in transit and has multiple audited certifications such as SOC 1/2/3 and ISO 27001. More information. |
Microsoft Azure | EU | Provides some of our intelligent AI features through Azure OpenAI Service. Data is not stored in Azure, is not shared with OpenAI (despite the name) and is not used to improve AI models on Azure or 3rd parties. More information. |
Google Firebase | US | Used for authentication and authorization of users in the Web Application. While Firebase consists of a suite of products, we only use the “Firebase Authentication” product. Firebase only stores the data required to authorize users, which can include information such as user ID, email, password and name, depending on which method of authentication is used. Firebase is part of Google Cloud Platform but is added separately in this table, because of the data location. It has similar certifications as Google Cloud Platform. More information. |
Hetzner Online GmbH | EU | Hosting provider for the Website. Like any other web server, logs are stored for each request to the server, including IP address and user agent. Logs are deleted after 15 days and are not sent anywhere |
Brevo | EU | Used for transactional emails from the Website, e.g. when submitting a contact form. |
