The QA Room allows you to ask questions to your internal or external sustainability expert. Unlike the AI-powered conversations, the QA Room involves professionals who can provide deeper insights, clarifications, and recommendations. This is useful for complex sustainability issues that require human expertise to ensure accuracy.

When a question has been answered in the QA room, it can optionally be added to the knowledge base. The AI will then use the information when you interact with it in future conversation.

With the QA room, you can thus build up a knowledge base in addition to your uploaded documents.
